Opting In to sms text marketing

1. By opting in to Benway Beauty SMS updates, you agree to receive automated marketing, promotional, and transactional messages such as appointment reminders, order updates, and marketing offers. 
    

2. OPT-IN & OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

   1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the Phone Number you are receiving texts from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

2. Consultations and Medical Disclaimer

• Injectable and aesthetic treatments (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and related procedures) are medical procedures performed by licensed and/or supervised practitioners.

• A consultation, health history review, and/or consent form is required prior to treatment.

• Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and information on this Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate medical history, allergies, medications, and prior treatments.

• We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment based on clinical judgment.
   

3. Appointments, Booking, and Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability

• All medical aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, which will be disclosed and documented via a separate informed consent form prior to treatment.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benway Beauty, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
   

8. Client Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who misrepresents their medical history.

• Clients are expected to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our practitioners.
   

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Benway Beauty or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
   

10. Third-Party Links and Services

• The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., online booking, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
   

11. Privacy

• Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information in accordance with applicable law (e.g., HIPAA, where applicable).
   

12. Limitation of Liability
